Our Values

We are a strengths-first organization, and believe that it’s much more effective to help someone uncover their strengths rather than to focus primarily on their deficits or limitations. We value the importance of creating a partnership with our clients and client organizations that is based on mutual understanding and trust. We place great importance on being accessible to our clients and responsive to their questions and concerns. Our hope is that our clients experience coaching as a catalyst for positive change.

Our Community, Our Responsibility

We believe that with great privilege comes solemn responsibility. We are committed to the support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Fisher House Foundation, Inc. We hope our clients, friends, and associates will consider supporting the mission of these worthy organizations in addition to other charitable organizations of their choice.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
BBBS offers hope, mentorship, friendship, guidance, and support to many young men and women. The organization focuses its expertly managed resources on the future success and well-being of youth who have little or no adult attention, input, or guidance.

Fisher House Foundation, Inc.
Fisher House Foundation provides support to military families who financially struggle to be close to a loved one at the most stressful time – during hospitalization for an illness, disease, or injury. At a time when many service men and women are returning from overseas with life altering medical conditions, the Fisher House has never been so important.

Our Founders' Inspiration

Co-founders Todd Uterstaedt and K. Alan Steele named our company after two of the most influential people in their lives – Lillian “Gran” Baker and Mildred “Nana” Howard Daboll – their grandmothers.

Todd and Alan named the company after their grandmothers because of the values and work ethic their grandmothers inspired in them. The value of listening. Demonstrating the virtues of kindness and support. The importance of focus. And the proper way to treat people; with respect, honesty, and truthfulness.
